Conditions of Enrolment

1. For the fees quoted, JC Biology will provide the course materials (as the student progresses through the course) and services as detailed in the prospectus and associated literature.
2. You, the student, agree to pay monthly instalments promptly to JC Biology as they fall (monthly) irrespective of the speed which you study. If you fail to pay an instalment within one calendar month of the due date, then the full amount will become due for payment immediately. If payments are likely to be deferred, the school must be contacted in writing, deserving cases will be considered individually and with sympathy where necessary.
3. There is no time limit on individual assignments. However, you must complete the course within one year from your enrolment date. Should you exceed this limit, no refunds will be available. Deserving cases will be considered individually and with sympathy where necessary.
4. As your marked work is returned to you by standard post, you accept that delivery is not guaranteed (you are advised to keep a photocopy of your work before submitting). J.C. Biology is not liable, should delivery not occur.
5. The course material becomes your property on receipt. The copyright remains the property of J.C. Biology, the students and those who have completed the courses available should respect this.
   
6. J.C. Biology reserves the right to refuse any application for enrolment. J.C. Biology also retains the right to discontinue tuition of a student if they are considered to be unsuitable for the course in question.
   
7. Cancellations are accepted within two weeks of receiving your initial course material, up to that time refunds will be available with only a £25 administrative charge to pay. No refunds are accepted after this time span of two weeks.
